IPP Process:  (Individual Potential Plan) The process of providing each student with an academic plan based on his/her needs and abilities.  Past achievement, learning styles, thinking skills, and social skills are studied to determine the type of instruction and opportunities that should be provided for the student so that he/she can be as successful as possible.
