IN-DISTRICT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS OF CHOICE

2014-2015 In-district Elementary Schools of Choice applications will become available starting April 25, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.  This program is for resident parents who would like their youngsters to attend an elementary school other than their home school.    Applications will be available online or can be obtained at any of the five Swartz Creek elementary buildings.    Please contact 810-591-2385, Office of Instruction/Pupil Services for questions regarding this program.  



105/105c State Schools of Choice for the 2014-2015 School Year
Swartz Creek Community Schools will begin taking applications for the upcoming 2014‐2015 school year, May 1‐August 15, 2014. 105/105c State Schools of Choice applications are for students who live outside of the Swartz Creek Community School district and wish to attend Swartz Creek Community Schools.

Applications will be available here starting May 1, 2014 or at the Swartz Creek Community Schools Administration building located at 8354 Cappy Lane. Parents will be required to submit a discipline report for the past two school years (if applicable) before applications can be reviewed for acceptance. Time is running out to order the 2013-14 SCHS Yearbook

Order and personalization  Deadline is April 28, 2014, after that all requests will be put on a waiting list to see what extra books come in at the price of $75.00 plus tax. A $30.00 deposit by the deadline will reserve your order!

Click here to print an order form, place orders at the yearbook link on the high school page of the district website or get an order blank from your 6th hour teacher this week and return to Mrs. Karagosian in 402 or 404.
