2015-2016 School Registration
If you are new to the Swartz Creek Community School district and need to register your child for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year please contact 810-591-2300 or 810-591-2385 to schedule your registration appointment. Registration begins June 1st and is held Monday through Friday throughout the summer from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Swartz Creek Community Schools Administration building located at 8354 Cappy Lane. All registration information can be found here on our website.
Avoid the August rush and register early!

Athletic Office Summer Hours 2015:

·        Athletic Office will be open from 8:00AM – 3:00PM daily through June 26, 2015.

·        It will be closed the entire month of July.

·        Office reopens on August 5th, 6th, & 10th from 10:00AM – 3:00 PM. 

·        The office is closed on Friday,  August 7, 2015.

·        Beginning August 11, 2015 the office will be open Monday – Friday from 7:00AM – 3:00PM.

 

Fall Sports Tryout Dates:

                High School Football practice begins on Monday,  August 10, 2015.

Boys & Girls Cross Country, Girls Golf, Boys Soccer, Girls Swim, and Boys Tennis start on Wednesday,  August 12, 2015.

 

Tryout Process:

In order for an athlete to try out for a sport at Swartz Creek they must register in the Athletic Office.  The following must be turned into the Athletic Office in order to receive a tryout card:

·        Sport Physical on an MHSAA Card dated on/after April 15, 2014

·        Emergency Release

·        Handbook page of understanding form

NO CARD – NO TRYOUT – NO EXCEPTION!

The only office at the high school that can register an athlete for a sport is the athletic office.  Please do not bring any forms to any other office in the district – they will not register an athlete or take any forms.

In order to serve you better, we have created a texting option for our families to receive notifications via text on their phones.  This is an opt in program.You may opt in by texting @swcrkCommunity to 23559.  To opt out of the service, text STOP to 23559. The texting program allows for Swartz Creek Schools to send text out only, this is not a program that allows Swartz Creek Schools to receive texts.
